我是區星皓(Howell), 除了在室內設計項目設計創意想法外, 我也積極參與不同的社區活動, 例如:創業計劃、市場策劃培訓、糕點知識交流等。
我希望我能在領導、管理、人際溝通以及團隊精神,能在職涯上或創業上成為一個有品格,有責任感,有創意及領導能力,善於溝通,分析力細心,處事不驚的人。

My name is AU SING HO(Howell) other than creating ideas in Interior Design
programme, I also actively participated in different community activities, such as
entrepreneurial plans, market planning training, exchanges of knowledge with pastry, etc.
I hope I can improve in leadership,
management, interpersonal communication and teamwork in the
coming year. Aiming to become a person with high character, a sense of responsibility, creativity, good communication, analysis skills and positive attitude in my career and entrepreneurship.

接著遇見你糕點藝術烘焙學院

香港西營盤無論coffee shop 或商業工作室,大部份室內設計充滿異國風情或本土文化,雖然沒有上環的繁榮光鮮但多了一份悠閒,因為時代不斷變遷,令各種新穎的異國特色文化室內設計和藝術文化融入西營盤,然而在香港各地區還沒有泰國水龍守護神文化的室內設計,相信把烘焙學院和水龍特色互相融合會令此項目更加突出。
店鋪是"以體驗製作為主,甜品與咖啡為輔"的零售式體驗烘焙學院,我們希望以此概念營造空間特質,塑造獨特的空間氛圍, 以此延展店鋪設計的可能性,並且將此作為泰國水龍含義的延伸。 進店后,顧客們會立即感慨於空間的整體性。 這種整體性不僅僅使產品特性的製作過程變成了一種生動的視覺體驗。
入口與烘焙理念共同利用「蒸發與昇華」這一理念,為這個從白天持續到夜晚的愜意體驗空間帶來了舒適、吸引人的氛圍感。 烘焙師在為客人製作甜品之時食品滿溢而出的醇然香氣,定會激起往來路人的興趣,使之駐足,無形之間讓人解釋了店鋪屬性。

Whether it is a coffee shop or a commercial studio, most of the interiors of Sai Ying Pun in
Hong Kong are full of exotic or local culture. Although it is not as prosperous as Sheung Wan, it is more relaxed because the times are changing and new exotic interior design and art culture are integrated into Sai Ying Pun. However, there is no Thai dragon guardian culture interior design in any district in Hong Kong. It is believed that the fusion of the baking academy and the water dragon will make this project more prominent.

Belive & Meet U Pastry Art & Baking of Academy is designed with the concept of “Focusing on the experience
baking and pastry, supplemented by handmade desserts and coffee seiling which is aimed to create space characteristics and atmosphere for more design possibilities.
Additionally, it can also be wished for the extension of Thailand’s water dragon.
When entering the store, customers will be immediately impressed by the integrity of the
space, which not only makes the production process create a vivid visual experience.
The entrance and baking concept uses the concept of "evaporation and curved-dynamic design" to the comfortable and attractive atmosphere for this experience space from day to
night. The aroma of the food spilling out during the baking process arouses the interest of
passengers, making them stop and invariably introducing them to the attributes of the store.
